Aviva S&S Isa - Specific exposure
Hi All, New member here. I have an Aviva Stocks and shares ISA. Yes I know there are better platforms out there to have an ISA, but I have a few insurances with aviva and I like having things together, for the meantime anyway. I was actually looking to allocate some of the money within my Aviva S&S towards Bitcoin and a specific number of US shares of some sorts. The majory of allocation is on a fund that is heavily weighted towards S&P500 and non UK stocks (I think it's the Aviva multi asset fund V (risk of 6) but I was hoping to put a little but to some - Tesla - Bitcoin - Gold I can't find any ETF Bitcoin tracker or Tesla share. Yes I'm aware an overall US tracker will cover the Tesla, but I fundamentally think Tesla will be a top 3 by market cap in 10 years or less, well over doubling or x 3 and I wanted to invest individually in it, the same with Bitcoin and gold. option would have be to give lower rating, I would have. Rude support staff, arrogant responses, highly unhelpful. They suggest, quick option to contact is live chat.. but live chat is 48 hours response and they respond in 11 - 12 days and that too rudely. Cancelled my order. And thank god, I didn't buy the car.

I’ve been a bit surprised to see the low ratings here and although I can empathise with a lot of the comments, overall I can only call it as we found it. So, after numerous EV test drives across a number of manufacturers, Tesla’s cars stood out and felt like an EV that had been designed from the bottom up rather than a conventional car manufacturer playing catch up. I might add that we don’t feel particularly adjacent to the brand as such but it just did what we were looking for better than any other brand in our price range. Admittedly once we’d made our choice of a Tesla Y then the experience did dip somewhat but once we’d adjusted our mindset to Tesla’s sales/delivery approach via an app then we didn’t feel so offended. Yes, it’s lacks a bit of ‘customer service’ and contact can be frustrating but finally after 2 months to’ing and fro’ing we recently took delivery of our Tesla Y at Longbridge UK. The handover and p/ex was slick and unfussy and we are happy with our choice so far. Ask me again after a year or so of ownership but so far so good.
