My experience wasn't the best

Only owned the car 8 months & had 4 visits by tesla ranger & a full frontal suspension change on the front end due to constant squeaking. Never experienced that from any other car I've owned. Very expensive warranty claim cost for repairs too. Leaking boot so I had a fish tank in the boot, fogging up rear light clusters & filling with water. Very poor winter miles per kwh. I wouldn't accept people saying they're an Ipad with wheels but it is true. I really hoped I could say better comments & maybe the newer models after 2021 are better build quality, but come ok a 40k plus car should be better built. I think I'm gonna stick with bmw again because I was fooling myself swapping brands.

Auto al 3 maanden gegijzeld op onderdeel

We zitten inmiddels 3 maanden te wachten op een onderdeel, de auto mag niet weg uit de werkplaats volgens Tesla. Je auto wordt letterlijk gegijzeld op een onderdeel terwijl de auto prima zonder dit onderdeel kan rijden. Geen oplossing, enkel een chatbot die standaard antwoorden geeft. Nul komma nul empathie, auto van bijna 100. 000 euro en nul service. Kunnen jullie eens contact opnemen met mij? Ik wil met een mens spreken geen chatbot.

Worst customer service I have ever had.

If I could give Tesla less than 1 star I would. I just purchased my second Tesla less than 2 months ago. It's a 2024 with 10000 miles on it and about a month ago I was hearing a noise when I turned the wheel in either direction. I made the soonest available appointment for service which was almost a full month out. I finally took the car in and they said I would be able to speak to a service tech to explain the issue, but then they said nobody was available and they believed they knew what the issue was and would fix it. After half a day when they said they would contact me and never did I called them and they said they car should be done by the next day. They messaged me a few hours later and said the car was complete they just needed to test drive it and I could pick it up the next morning. I picked the car up and checked the mileage only to find they never drove it to see if the issue was fixed, but I left anyway thinking everything was resolved. Less than a day later the exact same noise is still happening. I tried to call Tesla and they said all they could do was request a service manager call me the following day. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being directed to roadside assistance for some reason, that rep said he would connect me with a supervisor and then disconnected the call. I then spent over 2 hours waiting on hold and trying multiple times to get another live agent only to be told they would reach out to a service manager and I should expect a call the following day. By far this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I wish I had not purchased this second Tesla.

Systemic Service Failures, Unsafe Vehicle Return, and No Accountability from Tesla

Unsafe Service, No Accountability, and Unresolved Damages Across Tesla Austin Locations Our experience with Tesla service in Austin has been unsafe, costly, and dismissed without resolution, even after escalation to Tesla Giga Texas. St. Elmo Service Center We brought our vehicle in July for suspension and steering repairs. Before that appointment, we had all four tires replaced. After weeks of waiting, the issue was not repaired. The mileage increased only four miles, indicating a proper post-repair test drive was not performed. We were without the vehicle and forced to schedule another service for the same concern. West Austin Service Center West Austin performed follow-up work at no charge to correct St. Elmo’s missed repairs. Tesla later claimed this complimentary service was restitution. It was not. When the vehicle was returned, all four tires that were only weeks old were severely worn and unsafe. The service report stated they did not need replacement, which was false. Had we not noticed the balding within days, it could have resulted in a catastrophic safety incident. Our escalation to Senior Counsel Eric Tsai and our BBB complaint were met with Tesla stating the matter was closed. Ridgepoint Service Center Because of the damage caused after the previous two visits, we paid out of pocket for another full set of tires and a realignment. Ridgepoint assured us their General Manager would contact us to address the concerns. No one ever called. Tesla Giga Texas We are not asking for anything beyond reimbursement for the documented damages caused by Tesla’s service network. The lack of accountability, the denial of responsibility, and the refusal to acknowledge clear safety risk leaves customers to absorb the cost of Tesla’s mistakes. Owners deserve transparency, accountability, and safe vehicles returned back to them.

Ik heb een nieuwe model y waarvan de remmen binnen 2 maanden zijn gaan piepen. Via de app service afspraak gemaakt, hierna kreeg ik het verzoek of ik akkoord ga met de reparatie kosten. Helaas kon ik hier niet op reageren via de ontvangen sms berichten. Uiteindelijk de service center gebeld en uitgelegd dat het een nieuwe auto is en dat de remmen nu al aan het piepen zijn. De service medewerker gaf aan dat als er geen gekke dingen uitgevoerd is met de auto dat de reparatiekosten onder garantie uitgevoerd zal worden. Hierna heb ik akkoord gegeven op de reparatie kosten. Auto achtergelaten voor reparatie, nadat deze klaar was moest ik alsnog betalen voor de reparatie kosten. Dit is belachelijk, in mijn ogen valt dit onder fabrieksgarantie. Uiteindelijk heb ik moeten betalen om mijn auto mee te krijgen. Wat een slechte server en onbeschofte medewerkers van Tesla.
