I wasn't sure about writing a review, as these are already terrible for this company, but I have to tell you all who are thinking of buying a Tesla, DO NOT. The car is like a bad computer system that fails quite often but the main difference with a CP unit is that this one is not easy to fix. Every time you have a problem, you have to contact support, but they are not there to support you; they are there to minimise your needs. So, if you had a good German car before, you are used to good service; this is the complete opposite. They don't answer your requests, you have to chase them to get a proper reply, and when they finally do, very often they can not fix the problem, so they say "it will be fixed with the next software update," but that never happens, NEVER. To finally make you understand how bad this is. My windscreen wipers move without reason and without rain. After many attempts to get it fixed, they couldn't, so I reminded them that the car was under guarantee for the first 3 years. Their final answer: You signed a contract which says: "We are not liable for any vehicle issue which occurs after the installation of any software updates, due to obsolete, malfunctioning, or damaged hardware. " Run away from these guys!!!!!

Only owned the car 8 months & had 4 visits by tesla ranger & a full frontal suspension change on the front end due to constant squeaking. Never experienced that from any other car I've owned. Very expensive warranty claim cost for repairs too. Leaking boot so I had a fish tank in the boot, fogging up rear light clusters & filling with water. Very poor winter miles per kwh. I wouldn't accept people saying they're an Ipad with wheels but it is true. I really hoped I could say better comments & maybe the newer models after 2021 are better build quality, but come ok a 40k plus car should be better built. I think I'm gonna stick with bmw again because I was fooling myself swapping brands.

We zitten inmiddels 3 maanden te wachten op een onderdeel, de auto mag niet weg uit de werkplaats volgens Tesla. Je auto wordt letterlijk gegijzeld op een onderdeel terwijl de auto prima zonder dit onderdeel kan rijden. Geen oplossing, enkel een chatbot die standaard antwoorden geeft. Nul komma nul empathie, auto van bijna 100. 000 euro en nul service. Kunnen jullie eens contact opnemen met mij? Ik wil met een mens spreken geen chatbot.

If I could give Tesla less than 1 star I would. I just purchased my second Tesla less than 2 months ago. It's a 2024 with 10000 miles on it and about a month ago I was hearing a noise when I turned the wheel in either direction. I made the soonest available appointment for service which was almost a full month out. I finally took the car in and they said I would be able to speak to a service tech to explain the issue, but then they said nobody was available and they believed they knew what the issue was and would fix it. After half a day when they said they would contact me and never did I called them and they said they car should be done by the next day. They messaged me a few hours later and said the car was complete they just needed to test drive it and I could pick it up the next morning. I picked the car up and checked the mileage only to find they never drove it to see if the issue was fixed, but I left anyway thinking everything was resolved. Less than a day later the exact same noise is still happening. I tried to call Tesla and they said all they could do was request a service manager call me the following day. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being directed to roadside assistance for some reason, that rep said he would connect me with a supervisor and then disconnected the call. I then spent over 2 hours waiting on hold and trying multiple times to get another live agent only to be told they would reach out to a service manager and I should expect a call the following day. By far this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I wish I had not purchased this second Tesla.

Bjørn goes over some of the causes why Chinese EVs have issues DC charging using the CCS2 standard in Europe, while driving the Maxus eTerron 9. Issues during handshake have shown themselves to be particularly common during Bjørn's 1000km challenges with certain Chinese EVs. The main reasons for these problems are: * China uses the GB/T DC charging standard, therefore EVs developed in China are primarily designed to work on this standard which has a different protocol to CCS2. * GB/T uses CAN for communication (like Chademo). CCS2 uses SLAC (Signal Level Attenuation Characterisation) for handshake and uses IPv6 + TCP for communication after handshake. * CCS2 can use one of two standards, IEC 61851-24 and ISO 15118. * Improperly implemented communication standards by Chinese manufacturers can cause issues, if handshake cannot be completed or times out, then charging cannot begin. * Many Chinese manufacturers do not validate their vehicles on all manufacturers' chargers that can be fou…
